Does Technical penalty me stuff like offside, and misconduct penalty mean stuff like back chat etc, or does misconduct also include dangerous stuff like high tackles, spear tackles etc

Also, does match bans mean people banned by the panel in the week after a game, or just refer to red cards that get a further ban?

The team has taken on the emotional mentality of its' coach and it's affected discipline.

Its' an area we've gotten much worse in since Smith's departure. It cost us particularly dearly in the CC semi last year.

It really frustrates we are constantly giving penalties away in the ruck.

Including one on a fifth tackle play at Huddersfield. McClennan will have been pulling his hair out.

Nail on head here. The most frustrating aspect of watching Leeds at the moment is the constant stream of penalties we are giving away, most of which could be avoided through better technique. At least for the players in our squad I presume this is a problem that can be fixed relatively easily - and I'd be surprised if the coaching staff aren't addressing it already. Tidy this up and it removes one of the big advantages Saints have had over us in some of the recent losses.
