Decent signing for you guys, a little bit down the pecking order for us at the moment but still has the potential to be a regular for us if he can be more consistent. Looking forward to seeing him on Saturday on TV. Shame about Eden though as I was looking forward to seeing him too.

From what i've seen, i'm happy with the signing. May have something to prove and could see his time with us as a bit of a platform!

Not seen anything official yet but he is a good player. Not really kicked on since his move from Wakefield, so hopefully he will see this as a good chance to shine.

needs to be playing but with taai arriving now he is struggling to get in the team, think he was 18th man on saturday... fighting with cording and fairbank for a spot.

As you say at last, Dale was rumoured all summer to be coming to Rovers,straight in at loose man for me very aggressive in defenceif i remember rightly? Just hoping Eden fit now then we will look a bit more like it!

Cracking signing, hope we can make this longer term. Just the player we're missing imo.

You've already got plenty of average players

For starters I think Ferguson is a good player. I also think (as I've mentioned previously) that we'd benefit from another back-rower in the squad. But it's not just a case of signing whoever's available, it's about identifying your weaknesses & finding a player who can do a specific job. In this case I think we're missing a mobile, aggresive tackler who can strengthen the defence & possibly allow Mika to play off the bench where I think he'd be most effective. On top of that he's young & English. Like I said, just the right player imo.

Dale Ferguson is on his day a very good player. Young, English and played for the knights, evidence he is one of the better young English players.

Frankly I hope it is just short term and he returns to Giants, but it could be a month trial for Dale and Rovers to see if the fit is right.

Whatever, good luck to him and further evidence of the good relationship between Giants and Rovers.

How about poor Crooks and Lineham(sp), you must feel sorry for them and a bit ashamed of your club for snubbing them and bringing in 2 players who are no better.
