Sadly, another defeat for the Dons at Featherstone against the league leaders Whitehaven last weekend in a game in which former Man of Steel Rangi Chase marked his debut with a try. This, coupled with another try in an excellent season for Sam Doherty, were not enough as the Cumbrians were gifted a try from second half restart and never looked back.

Next up, a trip to Queensway and a potentially tricky fixture against the Crusaders who themselves will still harbour ambitions of a play off place.

Yes Owen did get a run out. Great defence today by the guys, Crusaders had 4 sets of tackles at one point near own line but the guys held them out.
