If you would want any player in your team you would want Whiting can play anywhere in the game and a top professional and always gives his all.

I always said they were different players, Washbrook could have done the same role as Pitts in our squad.

I'm very happy with Ellis and Whiting in the 2nd row, they look very well balanced. With out sounding disrespectful to Whiting i've always said he's a "poor" mans Ellis.

Washbrook is the very definition of average. Well and truly found his level.

He had some very good games for us at 13.

We've ended up with the better player.

Whiting v Washbrook? Defiantly but not my point.
