Does anyone else think we should use Briscoe as centre in replace of Arundel or Crooks whilst KY is injured? Arundel has offered little in attack and defence overall this season and that’s being polite, although he has shown signs of improvement in last two games. Crooks defence is also not quite up to standard so I would be tempted to put Briscoe at centre to get him more involved in the game. Tom Lineham has been in great form and I thought Crookes had some form on the wing before his injury too. Teams are targeting us in the centre position due to our current personnel occupying those positions. I’m sure Briscoe was being touted as a centre when he first started getting into first team and I think it would give us more attacking threat overall than at present.

No and for what it's worth Yeaman has been as poor as anyone this season and I'm pleased the 2 young lads are getting a chance.

Briscoe is not a centre, I don't see why people think he is? He's an out an out winger and a very good one at that. He hasn't got the skill set to play centre, he looks so uncomfortable when he's passing and like Yeamo he feels the need to 'spin pass' the ball when only yards away from his team mate.
Do not move one of the best wingers in the league away from his natural position.

Yeah he was originally a centre but with yeamo and dare i say domic (not sure at all) he wasn't getting a game and then with injuries to wings he went there..

Stop looking at the 'Tries' column - he is not getting the ball in scoring positions - due to our insistence on attacking right a hell of a lot - and then the ball stopping at Galea if we do go left

You make good points, perhaps I am focusing on the tries too much. With his obvious talents as a player, I thought bringing him closer to the action in the centre may mean we offer something different in attack, as clearly our attack is ineffective at present.

When the ball stops as soon as it gets to Galea then i cannot see how bringing him into the centre would really change things. Not as though Yeaman has had any service this year either

Surely we can replace Galea with Danny Tickle, who doesn't seem to have a problem with scoring or breaking the line.

Tickle doesnt play on the left though. If anything, i would play Tickle on the right and move Westerman to the left

through the middle would be my option, he does run good lines though, so you could use him on the right and tickle through the middle
