To be honest I'm heartened by what Warrington have achieved over the last few years, as it's exactly the route we are hopefully about to take. Invest in quality players both young and experienced, while at the same time investing and improving our youth structure. They have reaped the rewards and hopefully so will we in time.

After wathcing the NRL grand final yesterday this final will be a holding down kick fest with the sky muppets creaming over Briers and Sinfield. The whole play off thing has become very predictable and the concept is starting to look tired and old hat, it is badly in need of a re think and a reduction in teams taking part as eight teams is far too many.

Seems that everyone can see this apart from the RFL. Complete joke that a team finishing in the bottom half of the comp could potentially win it.

Should be top 6 with the winners of 1 v 2 going straight to the GF, sure we would see an improvement in attendances if we went back to this format, but also should be an incentive for pass holders to get dicounted tickets IMO
