| Read in paper this morning that a Super League club has tabled a DOUBLE your money offer to one of Storms major stars,Billy Slater,Cooper Cronk,Cameron Smith and Greg Inglis are mentioned.
Speculation started after they have said if they are released they would not like to play against The Storm. This has led to speculation they may be interested in a switch to SL,or a move to Onion.
Yes please to any of those.
Would love to see what a class coach could do for Slater !Have him playing prop in no time.

| Inglis would be the first on the list, play him at stand off.
Then Slater, Cronk.
It will be Wigan though.

| Isn't Cooper Cronk "nailed on" to be at the dobbins next year anyhow?

Not leaving and being released due to Storm now having to abide by the rules could be two different things.
Surely The Storm will not be able to accomodate all their high profile Players and abide by the Cap.Meaning they will have to release players or give them massively reduced salaries and keep a seperate set of accounts and !!!!!!! Oh Er hang on a minuit.

| Finch, Lima and tolman would take at a guess 500k away, the other top stars lose 200k between them to stay.

| Wigan have a load of players coming off the cap including Bailey, Feilden and Feka who you presume are on massive pay. So they'd be most likely.
I'd like to think Hull would be interested (afterall we signed Berrigan and Crocker and they were still playing SOO) but not convinced we have the budget...and i'd question why any NRL winner (or should I say former winner?) would come and play for Agar!

| My first choice of those would be Billy Slater, by a mile, then Cronk. I'd take both in a heartbeat.
I'm sure that Warrington'll be able to fit them under their cap, though.

| Would take any of them in a heartbeat, but Inglis is the best player in the world. Play him at 6 or at centre and he would rip super league apart.

My thoughts exactly! Agar wouldn't even inspire me to get out of bed in the morning, let alone uproot my family and move halfway around the world

| i would imagine most the storm super stars would get good offeres to stay in the NRL if they are released so we'd have more chance of getting the players they displace at there new clubs. cant see slater, Inglis, cronk or cam smith been able to leave Melbourne as theyd probably wanna rebuild the team round them
