must admit i thought horne was way off the pace early in the season but a great perfomance from horne, made turner look abit ordinary in my opinion this evening...back to his best hopefully

Looked poor in the opening games but really is hitting form now long may it continue.

Looking a lot stronger which is allowing him to ride the tackles and giving him vital extra time

completely agree, the determination was back tonight, and he seems a lot more confident in his abilities again, whereas over the last year he's been hesitant to take the line on, and a few seconds hesitation can mean a gap closes again.

He played well, much better than earlier in the season. But this is going to be one of those situations where seemingly everyone [ihas[/i to have opinion that is one extreme or the other, isn't it? Ah well.

Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards. Horne had to experience playing badly v Crusaders to realise that, without Long, he is the go-to man and we need him to step up. Very good against Quins, exceptional and mercurial tonight. 2 tries, 3 assists, brilliant display. Mouth-watering if he can play like that alongside Long.
