I thought Danny Tickle was absoloutly outstanding tonight along with Fitz but shaded it for my mom. He ran some great lines, got through so much work and must have played at least 70 mins if not the full 80. Not to mention taking his try well and 100% goalticking.

Hopefully with the quality we have shown so far (i know its only 2 games) might persuade Danny to sign an extension to his deal, he may feel an extra bit of travelling is worth the sacrifice if we are going to be major players for trophyies come the end of the year.

If Danny does decide to head to pastures new, as long as he performs like tonight every week he will go with our blessing.

Maybe it's eaiser to play well when ther are better players around you. He seemed to run off well from Fitzgibbon most of the night and is uo their giving Longy options to pass to as well.

Great effort by Tickle again last night, back on the form of a couple of years ago. He certainly is on form with the boot too.

Tickle & Fitz were the two stand out players for me last night and the MOM could have gone to either of them.

He was outstanding and and is looking a lot stronger and fitter.Got his head down and working hard now his drinking buddy has gone

It looks like the RFL have instructed the refs to "tighten up" on the play the ball area this season ,It's part of Tickles game he still needs to work on for me. Other than that , He's had a two very good performances .

Tickle looks better now he has better players around him too. He isnt single handedly trying to punch holes this season.

I think the sheer fact that there is competition for places. Nobody wants to lose the shirt. Could be weeks before they get another shot... Long may this continue in my opinion.

Great all round display from Tickle last night. There's some good athletes in the backrow this year with a great balance of pace, power and skill

I think he's really being allowed to shine now that the rest of the pack are putting their fair share in. Thought he was excellent last night and a close contender for MotM
