Judging by the piece on the club site just published it looks like the club got some stick in the survey but credit due they have certainly tried to do something about it!

I expect it was the on line one they conducted recently, they got 2,400 responses. I like the Idea of a rant line that should suit a few on here!

Good to hear that the club are listening to the fans - hopefully some of the justified criticisms of the club are being addressed.

Three fan's forums a season? Unheard of in recent times.

Plenty of opportunities for folk to have a grouse as well. Wouldn't like to be the director on shift after some of our recent performances and cock-ups.

When my dad ws a director they had lots of fans forums (probably under a different name) - I went to quite a few. It'd be interesting to attend one when the board that my dad is part of isn't under the microscope - they can get pretty personal.

When they were not hijacked by people with a load of gripes they could be really informative.

No doubt some will though!!

Did you miss the bit about a dedicated phone line plus more info coming out via Blunderside and KCFM? Not to mention three fans forums a season.

They've specifically identified lack of web access as an issue (my guess is it got brought up on the survey) and have addressed it as best as they can.

after the new signings and this latest release the only question we have left is when do we get a new coach - I think the club have responded to the fans unrest and the coach issue is not on the table

Wonder if this is to try and quash the proposed ressurrection of HISA?

I'm not convinced that the prospect of a new ISA would strike sufficient fear into the hearts of the board for them to go to this much effort before the first meeting has even been held. At the moment nobody has any idea whether it will even get off the ground.

Just maybe the reasons are as put forward?

I didn't really think it was, just thinking out loud. The club should certainly be congratulated on this move, listening to the fans, who'd have thought it!!
