With less than 2 weeks to the start of the season, what do you expect? Not sure Liverpool will be over the moon about paying twice what he's worth for Caroll but needs must, especially when you have the money to do it.

Am i the only one who thinks Andy Carroll could be a good signing if he scores 20 goals a season for the next 10 years for Liverpool?

He is a good signing, just an overpriced one, which i think is what FC need to do at this stage to nail him.

Strange statement. I think everybody would think he had been a great signing if we look back in 10 years time and he has 200 goals under his belt.
As it is he hasnt and my bet is he wont.

You asked if you were the only person who thought that Carroll would be a good signing if he scored 200 goals in 10 years. Clearly you wouldnt be.
Anyway, unless he can play full back, centre, stand off or scrum half i wouldnt waste any time worrying about him mate.
