Correct in my opinion. Shaul's time will come - it could be Wembley this year - but a fit Horney would have been selected in front of him at the start of the season and should be now.
That said if Shaul plays at Wembley I wouldn't be that worried about it and he should definitely play in front of RW at full back if that's the choice.
