Listen pal, instead of relying on us as easy bait and looking to tap up our players like you and your club have done so many times in the past, why don't you focus on your own club's short comings. If you're so desperate for a hooker, why not sign Lunt onSha permenantly and recall McShane after his loan at Widnes has finished. Or better idea still, if you have such a brilliant academy set up, why not blood one of your youngsters, there must be a hooker or two amongst them surely.

Does Amor have the final word on who he plays for from next year? If so will it be a case of us paying Rhino's some sort of compensation for him to turn them down. As for Aiton would tell them to naff off now and not even bother looking at any contracted players and would offer Aiton another year on top of his 2 year deal now. Rhino's could be in a big transitional period which may put players off but they have the big bucks to offer players big money that they can't turn down.

Agree with Supercat, Amor should have the final say as to who he wants to play for. As for Aiton and if leeds are asking about him, I've got two words for them and the second one's off!

I wouldn't read too much into it, Hetherington is a regular in Hospitality and has been for years when Leeds are not playing.

Its up to us to hold on to our contracted players by convincing them we have a good future which may become easier after next Tuesday. Its no good bitching about Leeds or anyone else for that matter looking at our players, that's life, we have to make Wakefield look a good prospect and make it so players want to play for this Club.

Oh and Hetherington, hands off Captain Kirmond too. If you want some players, troll off to Bradford instead and stay away from us

There is nothing wrong with them looking. In actual fact it is a sign of us being on the up with better quality players.
The NM news might actually help Amor. It will hopefully be good news just before his decision and the excitement around Wakefield about the future may well sway a decision with him too.

Re Amor, I was under the impression that he has two contracts on offer at the moment, a three year on from Wakefield and a two year one from Leeds, has he signed both with the clause that should Leeds wish to retain him he then becomes their player and if they decide not to take up that option then his contract with Trinity takes effect? If so it seems he has very little say if Leeds recall him unless he wants to move to Wakefield in which compensation will be due.

Perhaps he was having a look at Wigan loanee and FB Mathew Russell.
They are having an issue or two with that position at Headingley at the moment.
