Where are his critics now?

i was one that questioned his desire, and after going to game yesterday and seeing what i did i am gladly eating a large slice of humble pie, and John wasn't too bad either

Like you I thought that Smith had an excellent game, and is producing the form that he is more than capable of.
My criticism was based on the fact that I knew he could do it but had not yet delivered. He is now delivering.

People were wanting to hang these two a couple of weeks ago. Suggest they burn the rope or use it to better use.

Both Smith and John appear to have been good buys, we should have a bit more faith in our coaches choices!

Smith has gone ok since he came. Johns could have done more but hes playing better at the moment.

My only moan is the fact he never took the line on and looked predictable, certainly did not want him hanging

hes found great form in the last game and i hope it continues!1 a bit predictable at times with the drop offs and maybe a bit slow, but a rugby brain the man certainly possesses.. the only thing missing with these two half backs is a bit of sharpness/pace.

i too would like to see fox get the ball. cockayne seems to get much much more!

Smith is a really good player, I've seen him do it at the top level in Aus and 100% believe in him and also strongly feel from what I've being watching on the pitch this season we will start chalking up the wins very soon, were not far off the mark at all now

The more the players get to know what Smith wants from them the better we will do, just a case of time

The way we have been playing and improving suggests to me that one of our opposition is going to get a right good hiding very soon. Catalans will be a tough game but if we can capitalise on home advantage, we have as good a chance as anyone of beating them. I'd like to see us get on a roll up to Easter and take 2 points of both London and C*s...



Reminds me of when we went to the Galpharm a few years back after Huddersfield had lost all their opening games despite playing pretty well by all accounts. We got hit for 50 plus that night if I remember right.
