scott donald would have received a half decent pass from someone like webb/ mcguire/ burrows/ delaney.... do you want me to keep going.

What a breathtaking lack of respect you show for a player captain and man who has put his body on the life for Trinity. He has NEVER shirked, never given anything less than 100%, he's often carried the rest of the squad on his back - and some grubby little non-entity like you calls him a tool? Bring back seal clubbing, thats what I say!

to be fair, i have lots of respect for anyone who steps on the field. its hard. and he has been a great servent and deserves respect and ive met him, hes sound and has a lot of time for people and i know he tries...... but he has gone too many seasons too far unfortunately. this season he has been over the hill, last year he was stood on the top observing. hes dropped lots of balls and thrown lots of rubbish passes into touch or behind the players.

i appreciate all he has done for the club... i truly do.....but i think we will be a better team with someone else at loose forward next season like purdham as rumoured. im not alone.

didnt see the leeds v hull game.... so ill take your word... but swap delaneys name for another leeds player. or a wigan player.

he is not a kicker, never was. he is a tool for thinking he can kick, surely you should always stick to what youre good at and lets others do the stuff theyre good at. i dont dislike him. you are reading me wrong here.

i have a perfect example. against leeds at home where they scored twice in the last 5 mins to win it. demetriou kicked the ball dead allowing leeds to form a scrum quickly, stop the clock and get set up then attack from that which they ultimately scored from to win. now, i am not saying that if the kick had stayed in they wouldnt have scored.... but the lack of application there is aparant. also there has been.... numerous occasions where he has kicked the ball through for a winger centre for it to just flop in touch.

as a player and a person i think he has been a good servent, but he is past it this year and cannot kick at all.

Don't worry too much Con. The majority of fans on here know what JD has put into this club and are very grateful that he came along when he did.

Jason has my utmost respect and always will, he has been a great servant to the club and has carried himself with great dignity throughout his tenure here.

I know you are very proud of him and you are right to be so. Give him my best wishes for the future when you speak to him.
