Why when Blaymire goes off do we move Millard to fullback, Murphy's played fullback and done a great job so why not him. am i missing something some tatical reason.

I'd like to think that after Millard's attempted take, he'll never be asked again.

True but i don't wish to have a pop at Millard, he took some high balls in the first half and has scored from kick catches this season, just can't understand why that option was used.

Top try scorer or not from what I've seen of milard I'd like to see him on the plane back home with tronc.

He did seem to be plodding today. Of the threequarters, only Murphy really looked to be on the pace today.

Yeah, folk used to moan about Atkins but he has alot more go forward than Millard has shown to date. Murphy has shown more go forward than him too...just shows we do not have to fly folk half way round the world just look what under our noses. Tronc can go now for me too.

yep. tronc and millard so far very disappointing, blanch was awful again. sam did not know if he was playing scrum half or hooker. in defense we were actually bumping into each other and falling over! LAZY AND DISORGANISED.

And unfortunately that sums up his abilities.

So, Millards stats are way better than Smurph and not that far behind Ryan - and we ended up with a cash injection that kept us a club.

Don't think there is one person who would not have done that piece of business at the time!

I believe we did the right thing selling Atkins,but i wouldnt have gone half way across the world for a distinctly average replacement.

I don't think there was too much fuss or worry on this board about us losing atkins, and we are / were expecting a better replacement (which is not the case according to the stats)

I like the others have not seen any evidence of the magic, and as the poster above has stated I wouldnt have gone to aus to sign an average replacement. I will give him more time but I was expecting to see more.

When Millard dropped the ball late in the second half, it pretty much summed up our day... An absolute embarrassment. To be fair, Murphy should have been put to full back but that must be put down to a bad coach decision.

We are the bloody laughing stock of the Super League this weekend.

Millard looks good when chasing attacking kicks but does not look sharp with ball in hand.

You keep saying that, but nobody is laughing, nobody is trolling on here, on the VT nor on the TotalRL forums, nobody is bothered. Crusaders are a decent team this year and will beat a few more teams on their travels.

More concerning for me was the fact that Millard was on the wing for 90% of the game. I think Millard and George could be a good combination, if used correctly.

You can see that he has potential but he not going to be able to show that it if we take five drives than a kick. I’ve seen him play in the NRL, he is a lot better than what we have seen so far.
