Now you can twitter with a Wildcat

Wakefield Trinity Wildcat fans can join the ‘Twitter’ revolution and follow events within the camp at the Hearwell Stadium by joining highly-rated Wildcat wing or centre Luke George on his micro-blog.

Luke, 22, has agreed to bring fans up to date each date on the social networking site and this will give fans a neat insight into the daily happenings in the first-team dressing room at the Hearwell Stadium.

Now an established in the Wildcats first team, Luke is one of the latest batch of top young British Rugby League stars to make an impact at Super League level.

“I’m looking forward to telling people what’s happening in my Rugby League life with the Wildcats,” said Luke. “By following me on Twitter fans can get a flavour of what happens and the exciting developments at the Wildcats.”

So hurry, hurry join in the latest excitement to hit the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.

Hopefully goes better than Adrian Vowles on the official site back in the day.

First time I went on Twitter yesterday to follow the updates from a Wigan fan at the game, was really impressed with it. Mid you, bet these a right load of old toss on there too.....

Should be interesting, enjoyed the updates from Colin Sanctuary last year.

He's still got it set to the default location which I think is San Fran and therefore hrs behind.

He also seems to have allot of ladies following him

Only looked last week to see if I could find a WTW account and couldn't so good to see LG taking the initiative. There is a Super League one which tweets links to articles in the press which is useful and for anyone who's interested there are also several for the NRL.
