Totally agree, I wonder why that happened

I hope that Fev/Hunslet/Wherever he is going are on TV in the next few weeks because it would be good to see him at Championship level, as we will then get a better chance to see if he is ready for Super League.

Because he's too young and inexperienced for a prop. It was a stunning debut that's been a rod for his own back ever since. No way was he going to repeat that and he hasn't but sadly the expectation is now there. Away from us he will have a chance to blossom at a proper pace.

A few months at fev would be of benifit to his development I think. He could come back and after one more off season should kick on to first team duty.

He will certainly come back BIGGER if he goes to Hunslet, they are the most unfit bunch of vagabonds I have ever seen take a rugby field. Their fitness programme consists of a steady jog up to the kebab shop, order food and then wait for the mini bus to take them back to clubhouse for a few beers....all smokers please use back seats !!

Some good fit fast lads at Fev,spin in the tackle Ben,and they will feed off you all day.Not the biggest pack in the Championship,but definitely the fittest and quickest .Good luck Ben,you will fit in well and come back better for it.

Dual reg is a brilliant idea - it should show the lad that the club wants him badly enough to keep him on the books even though he's not yet ready for SL. I'm confident he'll be a star (hopefully for Trinity!) in years to come, but that maybe next season, or more likely the one after, is when he'll be ready to step up to SL.

I will be keeping an eye on debs results from now on. As for dual Reg it's a great idea.

Players like annakkin and spiers would also benefit I think.

Best thing for him, will help his development massively.

As for Gledhill, this is the first I've heard about it... we seem okay for second row/props, unless someones getting dropped...

Good move for both clubs and the player hope he is given the chance to come back and we don't lose a good prop for the future

Came off bench, only been with the club a few days so steady away. Played in a squad with 5 props in the team, but did well to do his share of the work load.

Not bad after a few days there. Hopefully you will see more of him in the coming weeks.

My lad went to Fev game,said Ben played well.Hope he does good for both Trin and Fev.

Went to the match also. It is really physical but not quite as fast. Plenty of things going on off the ball, cheap shots etc but a really good spectacle. Ben played well to say he has attended only one training session. He got put on his back once in the 35 mins he played. Not a bad performance for a first game in a new team I can't think of many players coming to wakey that have set the world alight in their first game.
