Much as I'm no fan of Millward, I was more nervous v Widnes than in any game this year, simply because we were favourites and there was so much on it...and how many times over the past 40 years have we bombed it at that point? Too many to want to mention. And I thought we were gonna do a typical Trinity at one point, but to their great credit, they dug deep and forced a win when they were playing badly...bodes well, though I am aware this has a kiss of death ring.

Like you say at one time that's exactly the kind of game we'd have lost but the lads showed they had something about them and like the better teams do, such as Leeds and Wigan they won when playing poorly. Some may see it different but yesterday was a big step forward imo. I bet most fans thought deep down that we were due a poor game and a loss but it was great to see the team keep the momentum going.

Got to say I thought we had a loss coming, but credit to the lads they played poorly and still won in the end. Need to turn it around for next week or the nerves wont be able to take it!!

It was only the last season and a bit that was awful, for most of his tenure it was very good.

I don't get why people care what he says, he's been robbing money from the British game for far too long.

I agree the team a few years ago under Kear with Brough, Jefferies, Tronc, Korkidas, Obst, George and Demetriou was a very good one. He only coached what is in from of him and he had some dross to coach at the latter stages hence the style of rugby. (except for a few like Mariano & Johnson)

I'm torn this week but after careful deliberation I'm going for ...................LEEDS.
