yes we certainly are a shizzle club aren't we? Challenge cup semi-finalists and missing out on Top 8 by one game last year makes us shizzle. Just because you have done well for once doesn't mean you are better than us.

I appreciate that Castleford is viewed to be backwards by many but you're really not helping your own case, are you!!
The latter half of last season you were very shizzle indeed, hence your slip from a good start.
This season you have been mostly awful, which may or may not coincide with midred's arrival or not.
You got knocked out of the cup by a lower league team and you are battling for the wooden spoon, if that is your idea of excellence, all power to you!!

Mildred is very similar to many posters on the various forums. When asked what he [uthinks[/u about Wakefield's chances to do this, that and the other he says what he would [ulike[/u.
We see it every year in the Final Table predictions.

Some of us agree with that statement, maybe it's a dig, maybe not, maybe badly worded but it's exactly the situation Trinity have been in over the years and do we win? I hope those days are behind us and Sunday will maybe be the next hurdle in the progression of this great club.

You're probably right - I just think he does himself no favours with the things he says.
2 weeks ago against Hull KR he said we would get beat because we'd conceded too many points the previous week (we conceded 1 less than the oposition which was St Helens). His own team at that point was conceding an average of over 40 points each week over the previous few weeks.

Maybe I'm over sensitive but to me he just seems to take a little dig wherever and whenever he can - in a Richard Wright "deflect the attention from what we're doing badly" style.

Being an expert and offering your considered professional opinion is fine if the criticisms you make cannot then simply be turned around and made against your own abilities.
In many cases, Mildred has criticised aspects of our game that are better than the aspects of his own side.
This either makes him look hypocritical or stupid, you decide.
FWIW Paul Cullen takes it to a whole new level, he explains in a no nonsense matter of fact way what should be done as if it is simple and second nature.
I don't remember his own coaching being so effective.

Don't care what Mildred says or thinks but this is bang on the money for me, a game we would have lost in previous years even when playing on form.
