IMO, in terms of location, the best site ever proposed was Denby Dale Rd near to Pugneys. There's easy access, plenty of leisure opportunities if you want to make more of a day of it, a number of local pubs and restaurants and loads of building land.

in our current situation, and in the next 3 to 5 years, reflecting on our fans base and financial situation, what changes would newmarket bring which would not result ine bankrupcy of the club without a significant cash investment on the level of ken b or the doctor on the playing side.

Q1 are you suggesting NM would lead us to bankrupcy? I would have thought that our outgoings would be lessened and therefore help off field matters not hinder them.
