The very few games I have attended this year have been enjoyable but the Cougrrrrs have been hot and cold. Today they were excellent in defense (first half), clinical in attack (With variation). Patient in the second half and demonstrated fitness and a willingness to give no quarter.

The support both at your end (South stand) and where I was sat (North stand) was excellent and I have to state, Workington were excellent in their support for their team. It must have been a difficult journey home.

I had a round ball fan with me today who was very impressed, if not a little non plussed by the friendly and respectful support for both teams.

Fingers crossed for no shocks closed season and a level playing field for next season.

Well done to all the players and staff at Couggrrrrr park and of course to the folk who have supported them week in - week out.
