I used to watch it for a while, along with the Arena Football League but as far as i know it isn't on ESPN America or Setanta any longer, i certainly haven't seen it on the programme guide.

What does "redshirted" mean ?

In practice the QB's wear red jerseys to inform other players not to hit them, in NCAA, when you 'redshirt' a player, it means delaying or suspending an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility
