So yeah, tonight we've seen everything that's bad and good about Shaun Wane's Wigan in that second half. Attack is still awful and predictable but the defence and all round resilience is top class. Credit to him, that resilience he has instilled is the reason we're still in with a shout, and I like this 'us against the world' vibe, think that really works for us but can he organise the attack, even if just enough to sneak some big games.

Think something needs to change for next season, a new attacking coach is the very least we need.

Well that's it isn't it, they don't scream that they're a group of players that want rid of the coach but they do look frustrated and in need of some support. I think Tommy Leuluai will add a lot but we need an experienced head to come in and back Wane up by the looks of things. A person who can focus on our attack and really get that in shape.

I look at the likes of Widnes, Wire and Cas and see Brett Hodgson, Lee Briers and Danny Orr involved who were all clever attacking players and I'd love to see somebody like that brought in. We've had Deacon and Harris on the books and things were far better and we need that type of attacking brain on board.

A name I can think of off the top of my head is Adrian Lam! Could we not get somebody like that involved? He was a genius of a player who was two steps ahead of the opposition and he's a hero in these parts. I'm not sure he'd come as an assistant and he's potentially add some pressure to Wanes position but we need something.

Spot on, mate. I've been slating Wane over the last few months but credit where credit is due, our defence is fantastic. He's done a good job there, no doubt. Something does need to change though, the attack still isn't good enough. If Lenegan is going to stick with Wane, which i think he will, there needs to be some sort of attacking coach brought in. I don't think Tommy coming back is enough.

Don't think anything is going to change this season but going forward it might be better to bring in an upcoming coach (Lam is a great shout) and let Wane do what he's good at managing and motivating the players. Maybe Tommy L has picked up some ideas that could freshen things up but I'd be very reluctant about promoting from within too much, if the coaching team in 2 years is Wane, Tommy and Lockers we'll be in trouble.
