I couldn't, make it. Has anyone got anything to say about our performance.

I couldn't make it to the game but have seen the highlights on WiganTV. It looked like they played well but London's tackling looked very poor.

I went and to be fair it was just like a training session. I might be doing both teams an injustice but that's how it felt like.

Agree with that very hard to judge as London were awful.

Enjoyed the trip the Hive is a decent venue easy to get to with decent bar facilities (put the DW to shame)

I thought it was a professional performance. Some good plays, some poor effort from London. Their only try was from a dropped ball and a walk in.

There were a few good peformances. I thought Taylor was very good, Pettybourne looked lively too.

The Hive is a funny little ground. The two tiny end terraces were closed, everyone was pretty much in the same stand as the one opposite only had about 5 rows. If I'd know my bag wasn't going to be searched on the way in if have taken a few beers in too.

The performance was good despite the rain. The ref gave a whole lot of penalties our way and I felt a bit sorry for London because of that. Gil Dudson should cop a ban if he's cited for an awful looking late tackle on their kicker.Ref failed to put it on report though .
Matty Smiths goal kicking was excellent.

The Guinness was nice , and at £4 a pint so it should be !

Not sure how good we were and how bad London were, think SW was right when he said we were professional, the ground had good facilities, good bars , picnic tables, very good toilets, good parking , shame London can not make a go of it in SL

What goes through Dudsons mind with these late hits he keeps putting in? His discipline is terrible and if he's trying to be some sort of enforcer he's going about it the wrong way.

He's a liability.

I agree he can be a liability but I don't think that was a late shot, I think he was committed. He got penalised for a shoulder charge. He also put his hand up and apologised straight away so I'll let him off that one.

Overall he does need to improve his discipline.

What did the London player do that caused every one to run in near the end? I was talking to my boy and missed that one.

The guy's an absolute liability, he's now been done for this same offence in an 80 odd point victory over Bradford and now a training performance 50 points on London. If Flower, Taylor, Clubb, Crosby and Pettybourne stay fit I can't see him getting back in the squad, presuming he gets at least the minimum 2 games.

Agreed. Dudson has done it time and again and shows absolutely no inclination to learn from his mistakes.

Looking back it was a shame that Greenwood couldn't play as he might have given them a bit of backbone whist giving us an opportunity to have a look at his progress.

Not seen much of him while he's been on loan but looking at his stats on the SL website they look pretty good. Unsurprisingly he's got through a ton of defensive work with a 95% tackle success rate, but he's also made plenty of metres with a reasonably low error and penalty count. If anything, I'm sure this season has been character building for him, but I'm sure playing week in week out against SL opposition will stand him in good stead. I expect he'll be back at Wigan pushing for a first team spot next season.
