Just thought this guy deserved a thread praising his form this year. He did ok last year but injuries seemed to stop him gaining much momentum. This year, touch wood, he's injury free and he's really taking the team forward and on top of his game. He's not the biggest but he's tough and runs above his weight. He's got good pace and footwork for a prop as well and it's pleasing to see him doing so well as he seems a good bloke.

Got two welsh gems with him and Dudson, really impressed with them both.

We got a few. Lloyd and Pugsley won't let us down from what I've seen of them so far.

There's also Bradley Mais who is highly regarded by the club.

I think Flower is the kind of player Shaun Wane loves to have in his side, very tough player who never takes a backward step without doing anything silly. There have been question marks over both Flower and Dudson in the past but both these players have really caught the eye so far this season and with the injuries at Wigan we have needed them to be good.

When Mossop and Lauaki return the competition for places in the front row will be immense but should allow Wane to rotate his team a bit too.

He's blossoming into a cracking player is Benny.

With these lads, and a few others knocking about SL, Wales shouldn't do too badly in the World Cup.

Would be huge for Wales RL if they could get Briers to play in this World Cup!

Depends on his fitness, to be honest. If he's healthy, I can't see him turning it down. He certainly wouldn't get another chance at his age.

like i said about liam farrell, if flowers still around in 3/4 years im hoping hell have put a bit more weight on to become a proper bruising prop.
