How long will he be out for,? quality player, think you missed him over the weekend, fantastic game ......

Last I heard he's still a few weeks away. Definitely missing the WCC. Hopefully he'll be back for the Wire game at home at the end of March

Could be a tad optimistic that.

I'd be happy if he was back mid-April to get him ready for Good Friday.

Depends on how long he takes to fly back from Krypton I suppose

On 5live thurs night he said he was still a few months away from making his return.

We missed Fielden more in my opinion.

Think he said it was a six month injury and hes currently been out four months

i think we missed him most when drop goals started......Sam had a great effort but you just think if that was pat?!!

Also We seemed to be kicking bombs a lot in an indoor stadium with no winds i'm guessing our plan was to put saints under pressure and try and force an error, but it didn't seem to work. i think that would have been a better plan when Pats playing as he makes the opposition players make the play.

To be fair, that attempt from 45m out was bloody good.

When it comes to drop outs Sam is still one of the best, he was passing the half way line with his efforts and his attempt on goal was hit alot better than Pat hits them IMO.

Even without the wind when the ball is coming down it can still change direction in the air especially when it is spiraling downwards!

i did say it was a great effort, and i was impressed with sams drop outs, but its just one of the those what ifs that will never be answered. Obviously pat will be a big miss in any team and i think we can cope well without him, but perform better with him.
