The slater rumors are getting strong and if what i'm told is right pemps will be getting a new sig soon when amos goes back to aus

Slater in our squad i would have him for one reason to work with sam all the time yeah he's pure class but he would be in the way of players gelling ie.. halfbacks

Sam will be full back next year not billy slater. Albeit i wouldnt mind slater at 1 sam at 6 finch at 7 and tommy at 9.

I'd prefer Cameron Smith at #9, but perhaps that's just me.

Speaking of #9 I thought Tommy was brilliant vs England in that position yesterday, really controlled the game well and they looked better with him on than Issac Luke IMO.

When did Emirates become one of the official club sponsors? Have I missed something, their logo is now on the official site sponsors banner. Quite an impressive company to be linked with.

That sponsors banner makes for quite impressive reading.

Looks as though somehow Ricky Sheriffe the most incompetent player I've witnessed play for a long time has secured himself a contract with Wakey for next year. Now not that I care who Wakey sign, but I just don't see why Kear would think he's deserving of a playing contract after some of the performances he's put in for Bradford this year. It's players such as Sheriffe that lower the playing standard in SL that partly contribute's to the reason why we aren't able to compete with the Southern Hemisphere.

So are these rumours about Billy Slater based on any real solid info or just pure speculation?

People keep coming in with cryptic comments like "You will soon have to changes your sigs, your avatars, your banners et", but always fail to back this up with anything more solid.

Read into that what you will, but I'd suggest it's highly unlikely to be true.

I know, i am loving my litte day dream sessions thinking of a 4 pronged attack featuring Sam at 6, Pat and Amos on the wings and little Billy Slater at Full back.

I helps me get through the day now there is no more SL for a while.

I just like running back through the highlights of this season. Watching some of our games again you realise just how awesome we were this season!

The frightening thing is - we should be a whole lot better next year!

For me it's the strength in depth after the 17 above that gives us a big advantage over over all the others in SL.
