Yes.
I just phoned to order the tickets, and I now need to trust the postal servoce twice, as I can't get down there to swap the kids voucher.
I need to post her voucher to them and then wait for the tickets to arrive.
Shambolic, if you ask me.
They have her client code and it's a computerized system, so they know that it can't be used more than once.

Yes mate got mine last monday. just take your voucher away book with you and they will ex-change for a ticket. |
