Tomorrow could be the defining moment of the rest of our season.

The past couple of weeks we've had:

- The house, cowardly, gutless, brainfart, yellowbelly embarrassment of Celtic;
- Other coaches being sounded out about the job; and
- Hock reminding us all he doesn't have the quarter of a brain required to make the most of his rugby talents.

The performance tomorrow could make or break what's left of our season. Do they have a siege mentality and use the problems of the last few weeks as a motivation to stick two fingers up at everyone and get some pride back by performing and going on a good run. Or do they revert to type and play like the Lamb and Flag pub team, like they have done the majority of the season?

Over to you lads.

I personally think we are a club who does well in tricky situations, even in the super league era we always come through the other end, like I have said on other threads, I still think we will make it to Wembely and maybe win there and also go on a decent run into the back end of the season and into the play-offs. I am not saying this will be an acceptable season if that happens but still I believe we will see a decent finish once again.

I think we will beat Hull KR but only if we start well.

Too many optimistic people on here.



I'd rather go into every game the underdog.

However 'up' for the game the players may be i don't see us winning tbh.

Looking at it solely from a rugby point of view we've been weak in the pack this season and we've now lost our best and toughest forward so it doesn't look good.

I think the players will put the effort in tomorrow but we're simply not good enough imo.

We are good enough to beat any team, we just don't show it enough. If we could raise our level like we did at Murrayfield magic then we can beat any team. We are good enough just not consistantly good enough.

I'm a person who always says the glass is half full. However, I think we will get stuffed tomorrow.

I don't think this team knows how to pull together and do the siege mentality thing.

The team is simply not good enough, lacks heart, bottle and direction from the coach & captain. A house set up from top to bottom.

Course I'm willing them to pull it off tomorrow but Noble and this gutless set of surrender monkeys have blown the league for another year. Their's only one game left to concentrate on. And if we win that there'll be one more.

Can't find fault with that.

I think Wigan will beat HKR, you have a habit of producing when not expected.

So do women, but it's not always what you want!

If Wigan start well then they could come away with the spoils. If they allow HKR to dominate then it's goodnight.

There is no such thing as a season defining performance from this Wigan team. I expect a good showing today, but will not hold my breth for the good form to continue.

Evey other week we have a game to define our season.

Seasons over. We wont beat Wire. We will just about make the play offs.

HKR aren't that special a team, we've beat them twice this year and easily could have been 3, I still think Wigan are a very dangerous team, come playoff time you'll be there or thereabouts, us and you are the 2 most fancied sides outside of Saints and Leeds.
