Super league in 1996 & 97 dont count as a grand finals, so to your logic they are only league leaders shields they dont count as anything, Premierships involved the top 8 teams and were the forerunner to the grand finals, technically Wigan have 2 extra grand final victories.. and most ozzies dont class the World Club as anything major, but we do so work that out.

In 1996 and 1997 when there was no Grand Final then obviously finishing top means far more than a hubcap because whoever finished top at that time was classed as Champions and received the Super League trophy. And are you seriously claiming two extra grand final wins because of the Premierships you won??
