It's not about having the cash to buy, or build a stadium the banks will have that as long as the business model is sound. Do we need to build our own stadium, for me no. Would it be nice to buy the DW or take some of sort of ownership in it to benefit from the income it clearly is able to generate.

Whelan is worth much more than that.
Heard a rumour months back that the club had made enquiries about land/planning permission, but that was as far as they got - enquiries. Probably BS but ya never know. |
