| Basic to build crowds next season
Good facilities - we have them
Decent coach - we now have one
Competitive team - we now have one
Affordable to all season tickets - we have them - if anything they are too cheap
No on the road games - you cannot build new fan bases if you disappear for 6 weeks
Ask the RFL to support the club and have home and away format so we appear at the stoop every other week instead of the here one week gone the next two format. We need consistency
Ask SKY to support the club by showing away games, people will follow a comptitive team, we dont want them to see home games on SKY we want their bums on seats in the ground, and fans that cannot go to away games may see a few more games.
Ask SKY to show more than two games (plus Magic) a season and we might be able to lure sponsors as the nothern teams do by saying shirt sponsorship will be seen on SKY games
Bring back the £10 meal before the game and advertise this to home and away fans it was a very well used facility, this could be used as an incentive to sell season tickets £10 to a season ticket holder £12.50 to anyone else. There has to be some perks
Keep the hospitality we have at the moment in the West stand Legends Lounge for people who like the better seats and it is another option to make money and an alternative for fans who may like to celebrate a birthday etc
Bring back the beer buckets from Brentford days - good value and the money should go in the Broncos coffers and not the Quins pockets they are getting rent they dont need anymore
Bring back forums and get back in touch with the fans - they are your thought provokers
Some things to set us on our way and I am sure many more fans have their ideas which could be added and maybe the club could read and learn
Bring back try sponsorship - this made a bit of money for the club and cheap and easy to administer

| Put Details of whats on at the stoop on the opposition Fans forum before they travel down i.e. Band in the bar after the game to entice more down to swell attendance, enjoyment, and getting them to swell the Broncos coffers through the bar/shop etc.

| I'm not a marketing bod (enough of those on here!) but I would assume it's easier to get the attention of people who already know the game and the club than people who are complete newcomers. By that I mean find a way to bring back those people who have drifted away over the last 3 or 4 years. A competitive team will go some way to doing that, but just as important is the message the club sends out - that they are a serious sports club and worthy of attention. No-one believes that this has been a well run club, change that and you'll change people's perception of the club. Supporting a team is a big commitment, not just financial but more the emotional side of it, and former fans need to be persuaded that if they do re-engage then it will be worth it.
Get them back to one game, show them that you know what you're doing, and then you'll have more chance of getting them to return again and again. I reckon there's a good couple of thousand people who fit this category. Drag even just a handful back into the fold and things are looking up.

| No more bring a mate bonus schemes for ST holders.......budget Now for 200 to 250k a year for the next 2 years......tie down a sponsor now, regardless of for how little (blank shirts are harder to sell to anyone new), get any new designs confirmed by October and IN THE SHOP for christmas, bin the outside agencies used that have produced nothing, instead of videos in aussie bars, give 100 tickets to the landlords of 5 selected bars and if they sell the tickets for a tenner each, they get to keep half.....Knock on doors, letter drop the area more than once, invite every business owner in TW2 to be our guest at a game, plan 13 EVENTS as soon as the fixtures are announced, liaise with SKY and the RFL over continuity, fans forums when you promise them, newsletter when you promise them......and I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED YET

| Do a deal with the local hotels for cheap rooms on match days for away fans, so more will travel down for a weekend break. I am sure we done this when we were at Brentford. This could help swell the crowds.

| Use some of the old methods
Posters for fans to put in their windows or take to the office, pub, club or school - we come from all around London, Surrey, Hampshire and Middlesex
Season long posters advertising the next game for the back of fans cars - lots of us travel around the local areas - get people used to seeing the Bronco name - fans can collect next game car stickers at each home game - two weeks driving around with the information is a cheap way to advertise especially the diverse areas we would cover.
Leaflets in free papers there are plenty GPS companies out there willing to do drops - do a deal for the season with the GPS - they need the work and we need the fans, we use it for our own company with terrific results. Drop the leafelt the weekend before a match so they know it is happening but not too far out so they forget about it
Do a deal with newspapers for half page game adverts every week advertising the next home game. Local papers like Trinty group are crying out for advertisers and probably a cheaper alternative than the Evening Standard or Metro etc deals can be done for a prolonged advertising deal - we have done them and they are successful
Use local bars and pubs for fan quiz nights or forums
Hold a couple of fans discos at the local pubs - we used to use one of them to watch the away games = fans all got together on a friday night in Twickenham - the Pollards, Steve Ross, Nigel Rigley Steve L and a few others will know the name
These are all starting points - all the things we as fans have said should be done could go on this thread and I would hope the club would sit up and take note and act on some of the ideas
This club unlike all our northern counterparts do not have office staff who have been brought up to live and breathe rugby league, our only claim to fame is David Hughes - this is probably why they dont understand that a League fan is a world away from other sports fans. We sit together, chat together, drink together, cheer together no matter which club we support and this is what sets us apart - I like to think we are a different breed to other sports fans
We should also mention things we think have not worked - I personally dont think the cowgirls are of any significance - the orignal cowgirls are a different act altogether

..OR, to put it less politely than you have, look at the production rate of the ex-cricket/tennis staff we've had at the club sine we took on Blanchard and sort that out first of all!
