Meast , as far as l know Bulls are at full cap, it it probably true that Macca has not got the money that previous managers had, because they were over the cap. Most of the trophies in the SL era have been won by cheating.
The Bulls, Warriors, and hopefully soon, the Rhino,s and Saints, are now playing on a level field, thats the whole point of the cap, these clubs have to come to terms with the fact that they don´t have a god given right to be at the top year in year out.
Bulls fans will have to realise some years they are going to struggle, sacking their coach every time they have a bad year is not the answer,
other teams like the Giants, are getting stronger, and will have their day
