Would have taken that result even if we had sent a full strength team. More impressive considering Haggerty was banned and we rested 5 of our best in Ridyard, Armstrong, Barlow, Hopkins and Goulden. Good to see Reynolds playing a full game in the halves, how did he do?

brierley was your stand out player and not sure if it was dixon or emmitt in the forwards run the ball in hard game changed first half when we had a player put in the sinbin you ran in 4 tries in that time you played well looked like you could score every attack

Dixon is just a machine! Another non-stop 80 minutes from him. Thought Hock did well today and was on the pitch for 60-65 minutes.

For my money, young Reynolds oozed class in the stand-off position. He has a good pair of hands, and picked up a number of passes, off his boot laces. (if they still have laces, these days!) Ryan, of course, was Ryan - seemingly taking on extra responsibility, in Ridyard's absence, and backing up to score four cracking tries. Significantly, he scored all his near to the posts - showing some consideration to the goal-kicker!

Just a quick query, did anyone at the Haven game today find a Pink Chiffon Scarf and matching Leather Gloves?

Just watched the match on LCTV.

It's easy to praise an opponent when you've just beaten them, but all credit to Whitehaven. They certainly improved on their performance at the LSV a few months back.

The referee did well too, mostly.

Leigh did what they had to do, especially first half. Job done; and all that.

Hock played well and actually looked collected for once.

Brierley hasn't lost any of his poaching instincts whilst also training hard to improve the creative side of his game.

And Ben Reynolds is naturally talented. The club should do all they can to keep him.
