Heard a rumour there is a family fun day this Sunday. Is there anywhere I can get details? Also is there a poster I can print off and put in work to let others know about it?

All the work was apparantly being done last week, then the club got snacked in the face with the game against the rhinos.

I think a poster is being done for hopefully today and PDF will be sent to everyone on the mailing list.

Probably should have asked to move this to another game but things have been booked that can't be rescheduled.

no-one particular in charge. Its the NSFG/Junior Centurions/Leigh Centurions/Apprentices. were all putting a few ideas in, the LSV are helping us out with an advert in the journal and providing us with stalls for the charities that are coming down, hopefully a tomboler will be on. i myself am at work so all the graft is coming from the lads at the club

I think a lot can be learnt from Catalans, on sunday (having never been before) I was pleasantly suprised to find outside the stands plenty of stalls selling merch, food, drink, a band on, if it's a nice day I definately think you could fill some of that space near the lsv for a few hours before kick off with fun stuff, bouncy castles and the like and of course, cheaper beer than in the ground. Definately a money making winner imo

press release on the site, hopefully we will have a band on. Just waiting their response but we do have a few stalls and stuff. The marquee is back with CHEAP merchandise, bouncy castle/facepaints ect

Perhaps they could advertise what merchandise they are selling and prices so that people can go down armed with the readies instead of getting there and seeing something you'd want and realising that it would eat into the beer fund to buy it!

Does anyone know where, exactly, the bird show will be held? Will it be on the pitch or outside the ground?

On the grass at the side of the north stand, if any building work has began then it will be to next to the marquee! There's a patch of grass just at the side.

I don't think they'll start building for a while yet though
