Thought Wigan would have won by more........was it a decent game ?

TV Tony said Salford were a lot better than when we played them. Salford's best forward was Feka Paleosina who made a lot of yards and Wigan were as poor as we expected



Maybe they will now send a strong side to us on Friday to ensure we don't beat them with too many and that their first team squad get a more competative hit out.

Paleasina was a tower for Salford tonight. I think he did about 45mins in two stints. They played some good stuff tonight Salford but again dropped a lot of ball. They also had a couple of players who didn't look too bothered at times. Their 13 and Dewit need to have a chat with themsleves and think wether they want to play for their team. Anderson took a hell of a knock and had to retire. He was all over the place. Gledhill for Salford was good. The way Wigan started off I thought they would run amock. Salford halfs played very well and the slating I gave Smithy on their forum was bit prem. He was really up for it tonight.Reds standoff also went well. Salford really do need some grunt and aggression in their game, they aren't that far away from being a decent team from tonights showing. Paleasinas try was first class. Looks very fit the boy. Was funny all the pie eaters singing his name. Salford fans were in good voice just a pity they were completely out numbered by the pies.
Enjoyed tonight, can't wait for friday.

To be honest i do not look too much into friendlies as Halifax looked very poor against Leigh.Widnes where poor against Swinton but played well against Saints.Wigan seemed like they played poor but wont be once a few games into Superleague.Wait a few months to see how strong teams squads are after a few injuries.
