Well if we cant compete with swinton who have crowds one third of ours then we are well and truly stuffed. Maybe we will do well to get half swintons crowds next season.

TB, PC, KF how long does it take to sort out an advance from the RFL which we understood was almost sorted. Lack of anything coming out of the club is starting to make the peasants restless. We need a coach and i understand the shortlist is sorting itself out with coaches withdrawing their applications, and we certainly don't want our better youngsters leaving

Every other year Swineton go or bust don't ask me how they do it with a couple of hundred fans but i agree we need something to happen soon.

Believe me swinton are not offering big contracts quite the opposite which makes u wonder wot leigh are offering

Don't get it - if they have ambition, the only other clubs in the championship worth playing for are Fev and Fax.

If they move to Swinton because they pay more - on their gates it is just a matter of time before they overstretch themselves...

I hope he doesnt go to Swinton, i was told today though Swinton are ready to sign a couple of our under 23s side , Richies was one name mentioned.

Got to remember that we are scrappin our U23`s so if we aint gona resign them as 1st team/squad players they need new clubs........we cant retain them all unfortunatly.

Higson is one of the first players that I think we need to resign IMHO.

i don't want him to go either... hes a good player but he's got to keep his options open if leigh don't sort something out soon

Has anyone officially left that we didn't already know about? At least Fax have finished (bar one) their recruitment with KH saying they are almost up to the salary cap already.

If the players sue the club , the club folds , we start next season with a massive points deduction or possibly even relegation right now , they still wouldn't get their money

Arthur gave out the contracts , his business took a massive hit financially by a company going bust on him , he has had to shut his companies with many people losing their jobs , these being their only jobs and their only forms of income

It hasn't been done on purpose , it is nobodies fault , the players either understand this or they don't , if they don't then they are thicker than I thought , it's tough , end of , they either decide to look elsewhere or they don't , it's a free world , nobody is holding a gun to their heads

Complaining? just pointing out how can people expect players to stay if they have been shafted by leigh for not paying there wages.

And how on earth do they convince new players to sign contracts which the club could not honour last time

People keep saying how can swinton sign players on less fans than us,well thats the million dollar question which for some unknown reason Leigh cannot attract people to invest in the club,I'm not having it whoever is in charge of swinton and to be honest can't be d to find out who it is,can afford to fund them and finds funding a team like swinton the better option than funding leigh??? will get a better return from swinton than leigh,can actually do something with a club playing miles from there natural home?
