Why does a player like that have to be playing for Wigan ? There is no justice

It's a pity that game was so one sided because I thought it was about to get real tasty. The ref who I thought was good - if not a bit Pie sided - did very well when the heated stuff started. Bradfot moved up quick then stopped a yard or two before the line, enticing the Pie players to show their skills. I wanted Sherrifes hit to be fair on Sam but he just was amazing again tonight. Didn't like Prescott going down on the Brad lad elbow first and I hope he gets a game or two for it.

...because he looks good in a poor league with ageing ex NRL players who had to leave Aus to get a contract. If he wants to proove himself and make himself a legend in the sport, he should test himself week in week out in the NRL. At the moment Billy Slater is way ahead of him purely because of the quality of the opposition he is up against every week.

IMO Roby is still the all round best player in SL, but Tomkins is the most EXCITING player in the last 10 years in english RL.

It will be interesting to see if he can do it in the 4N's. I hope and think he will be able to make a big impact.

As for the NRL and Billy Slater, I watch a lot of NRL and sometimes the lower games are very poor indeed, it's the SOO and bigger games that are so much more intense than SL, saying that though, what tends to happen to Billy Slater in big internationals? He collapses like a flan in a cupboard.

Stick Billy Slater in the England side and he'd be rubbish , put Miles Greenwood in the Kangaroos side and he'd look awesome

He is very exciting to watch ,has got heaps of talent ,plus the way Wigan played last night would have shown most teams up .Hope we don't lose him to the NRL

Was told today that he doesn't want to play anywhere other than Wigan and has no plans to as he wants to be a Wigan legend! Just got a nice contract with Nike too! And sure his contract with Wigan is gonna get larger! I'm sure maguire has mentioned on the side about how nice and sunny it is in oz! But believe he isn't interested plus his skins too pale for it!
Also heard that briscoe from hull has been offered a very very big money move to union!! Not sure how true that is though!
