To give out the forms, we will meet in the Legends bar at 1.30, I will give the forms out and pens, and we will have a quick chat and off we go.

Lynda, just a thought. The weather is going to be really bad on Sunday, heavy rain all day. I don't know if you have arranged the logistics of this yet, but it might be worth setting up tables inside the concourse just as people walk through the turnstiles. a) it will be more comfortable for the volunteers and speccies. b) it gives you somewhere for people to start filling out the forms while the volunteers move on to the next "victim". I am sure the LSV will let you use a couple of tables.

I still think getting people in headlocks is the way forward.

We was going to be doing inside the concourse yes, Ill speak to someone on arrival see what can dbe done.

Managed to get two new members on Friday night in the TB.
