TBH everyone goes on about Salford when clubs like Cas Waky Bradford all play in crud stadia and have only now just stasrted panicing and saints should have done what they are doing now some two years ago

Why you having a pop at Saints, it's taken us years to get our stadium but once built will be one of the best in the UK for Rugby. We are also spending a fortune on the new state of the art training facilities on the old cowley school site. With the money we spend on training youth players, sending teams across to Australia to play the best they have (think we have lost only one game in Australia) please don't lump us with the rest of the Super League crap stadium comp.
Under Big Mac Saints have only released info when they could 100% say it would happen.

Heard yesterday from a salford fan that The Willows hasn't passed next years RFL inspection, so The LSV is expected to be there first choice of new home, tis only a rumour though.

Does the RFL inspect the grounds every year? surely thats a job for the local authority when granting a license/safety certificate.

Radio Manc said something about last year being the last at the Willows, so maybe it has passed now. Also it would seem the Salford chairman is splashing out on some better quality players than they have been used to. This would be to have them finish higher up than they are used to, so when the Stadium is delayed  they can argue that they have proved their worth to SL on the playing side. Someone should tell him the playing side has no bearing in our game anymore |
