as I was leaving the ground yesterday I noticed a complete lack of stewards to direct the traffic around the exits and onto the island and away, normally they do a fair job on match days but were they yesterday, the only one I saw was before the match who was pointing me off to the right but I completely ignored her digit and swept past her to park on the left were I wanted to park not were she told me to park,if this is repeated for the international in June and it's a sell out some of the crowd wont get home till monday

why bother having any if your going to be a complete ignorant tosspot with them, Maybe she was directing you there for a reason.
Also i left the game just after the final whistle and was stopped near the first entrance to let traffic leave from the front of the stadium so it would seem yet another of your complaints is based on fiction.

I repeat I left after the match and there were no stewards in sight also can I just inform you that I do not intend to be directed to a parking spot by any steward I will park my car wheresoever I wish if that's alright with you it's high time you started to mind your own business

Re the Whitehaven fans, where indeed were they?

I saw no more than the odd (very odd) one, but there were umpteen buses on the car park.

I did hear a muffled cheer from the executive boxes when they scored.

They were probably queueing for tickets




I think there was a morris dancing comp on at the sports hall/athletics, they looked those sort of buses.
