Just had a text from a friend near brighouse and it's bad up there too! (About 7 miles from dewsbury)

I'm about 5 miles from the Dewsbury ground and its still snowing quite heavily here.

It's not looking great in Leigh at the moment. Snowing again right now.

If the game on thursday goes ahead & the conditions are similar to that of the Oldham game it may not suit our game plan. We want to hit Barrow fast & hard & with our excellent fitness we could very well do that. The problem is with the snow on the pitch it will slow the game down completely & play into Barrows hands. Hopefully on the day we will be victorious

Having seen the game at Barrow last season, slowing it down was the last thing that Barrow were interested in!

Maybe Basil will watch the DVD of our game at Barrow last season.

true I just feel after the Fev game we seem to have adapted to Millward's playing style of quick rugby & hopefully could of put it into practice on Thursday. The snow will hinder that for sure so maybe not Barrow's game plan but a dry fast pitch could of helped us along slightly.

From wot i've heard I don't understand why IM doesn't research the other teams

Makes you think will Stanton be left out of the starting 13 because of barrows kicking game or not is the question
