I've got to be honest before posting this idea, I'm not expecting Leigh to stay up, however to maximise any chance its time for the club to put out a rallying call to ALL who have any interest in Leigh as the club is in dire trouble...........
If there is still a good chance of points v Gateshead and Haven would it be a good idea to get sponsored coaches to go to Gateshead (like the Hull KR challenge cup exodus a few season ago) and get as many Leigh fans down to the North East to back the club, equally try some deals for the Haven game (a tenner entrance) to get as many in as possible.
Those 2 games have the slightest hope (IMO) of us remaining in this division and the club seeing its long term plans come become reality.
It might be worth the club investigating the opportunitys to maximise support and actually even send out the rallying call to back the lads and starve off relegation.
Todays gate and total lack of atmosphere says apathy has set in and most people have made up there minds /seen enough.
The club HAS to tempt em back NOW with the "we need your support", if nothing else (and it all fails) it'll set up some fan spirit / community that has been missing at Leigh for a long time which we can build on in Championship 1.

If such an idea proved the spark for us to get a win at Gateshead and stay up, then it'd pay for itself in avoiding the inevitable revenue drop of playing in Championship One.

Whatever free or not we,ll have a following for these lads who apart from a couple or three know of the feeling we have for our club. |

LISA has a coach on and it s only 9.50 for non member s and 8.50 for members. Which is an excellant prices tickets will be done later in the week.
