well, dave was not alone today with poor handling, especially second half, maybe dave or fred could inform us of our completetion rate, like i say especially 2nd half, i assume it was pretty low, but saying that, a wins a win AS THEY SAY.

sorry didn't go, as of course I would have caught it with one hand whilst operating my camera with the other and having a brew whilst talking on the phone and waving to the crowd.

What has been the best / worst commentary or video position you've had to put up with ?

Fred would have been set up in a tree in the Lilly Park Stand for the 2nd half

that was one of the worst video positions we was in on sunday

the worst i think was in the duck pond on the marshes

worst position for 1st team = Swinton, Chorley, Wakefield, Blackpool, for reserves and academy Virtually every SL's reserve and academy 'places' and all those that play at amateur and ru grounds.
Worst for 'speccies' no contest Whitehaven, worst for jobsworths St Helens by a country mile.

Best (if we had power) = LSV, Spotland, Keepmoat, KC, JJB (most new stadiums) Leigh East - custom built scaffold there (unless it rains)

thats not too bad its getting up there thats the problem that ladders had a rung missing for at least 7 years

Being stung, scratched and bitten on the now bramble filled hill at Fartown a few yrs ago filming academy games.

Filming from ground level at Hull Dockers for an academy game against Hull KR.. one of the very first games that was covered by me.

Whitehaven for arguementative silly old duffers.... last season wasnt bad, just had children of the corn come sit alongside me instead!

That must have got bored trying to pester our fans and moved on to the commentary team instead
