Torrential rain that day, so Price decided to play Ratchford at 13, and Ashton at fullback so we were a forward down before the kick-off, in a game that was always going to be won in the forwards..

2014, we had the home end at saints, a lot of fans didn't see the first half, cos they were lining up for food/drink and they kept saying another 5 minutes.

now if they had seen us, they would have seen warrington fail to get out of their 40, by continually giving short forward passes.

Someone more in the Moe will confirm but I think 2014 we went with fairly high expectation hoping rubber duckie was in the crowd.

I'd have our game v Hudds at Salford. It seemed to work out last time and was the highest attendance at that ground for some time no idea if it still is.

Just under 10k for that Huddersfield semi in 2012, I can't see it being much more than that this year so size wise its better and location probably more suitable than Saints, but not sure on its availability etc.

Sale Sharks are away that weekend at Saracens...and easier for our opponents (and UR ha ha) feels a bit more central

Ah, the year of the Chris Bridge kicking masterclass. That was a shambolic day.

Direct clash with the last day of the Premier League season, meaning it'll be our first semi final in either the Challenge Cup or Super League I've missed in over 20 years (other than the behind closed doors one) and the kick off time means I won't even be able to watch it. Brilliant.

I had the same clash with football on Sunday too, so I'm glad I went to the London game despite being very tempted not to, as otherwise I'd have felt a bit of a fraud turning up at Wembley (should we get there) for my first game in the competition all year.

Wasn't Bridge's ridiculous semi final kick when we lost to hull at huddersfield? Growing up watching wire in the 80s i never thought id be struggling to remember which cup semi final was which!!
