What ever he decides to go with, he needs to start thinking of the play offs. To close to end of season to be playing around with selections.

I think that is true, and looking at the 19 seems to confirm that TS takes the same view. My guess is that he will use Laithwaite because he wants him match fit and available. Not too sure about GOB.

I believe Cas are resting a few big players for this game!

Given that its so close to the playoffs and this game is a must-win really, now is the time to field our strongest team and build some momentum back up.

Cas are resting Shenton, Dixon, Dorn, Webster, Sneyd & Clark. I would expect Lynch and Mariano/Holmes to drop out of that 19.

Smith has tried every possible half back combination we have so far this season and yet nobody can say for sure who will play 6 and 7 this friday. With only four rounds of the regular season left that is totally unacceptable in my book. He should have decided on his preferred pairing by now and stuck with them.

Whenever Myler is fit.....He has played.

Let's hope he doesn't get a nice cheap shot putting him out for the season then eh?

What the lovin fk does Asotasi have to do to get dropped? i'm being genuine, i think he's had 1 game.....YES ONE GAME in which he's showed anything even remotely noteworthy. If this had been one of our own grown guys he'd be at Swinton every week.

I've long been of the opinion that the club, and TS in particular, will never drop Asotasi because it would be a total admission of failure, and an acknowlegdement that they dropped a clanger in scouting and signing him. I can't believe he is well regarded amongst the players since they have to pick up the considerable slack his laziness causes, the fans have long since given up so the only reason for his continued prescence on the field is sheer bloody-mindedness.

If he was from Latchford, Swinton would be deemed too good for him.

I would rather Smith admitted failure than stick with Asotasi, he is not worth a place and keeping him in because of fear of admitting failure is weak leadership. We will soon be in the playoffs and we cant carry passangers!

Just because Asotasi is in the 19 doesn't mean he'll play on Friday. He probably won't.

Neither, probably, will Myler.
