Woolston Rovers entertain Crosfields in a local derby in the Hattons Solicitors National Conference League Division Three on Friday evening. Kick off is 7.30pm at Monks Sports Club, Hillock Lane, Woolston, Warrington, WA1 4NF.

Admission is £2 for Adults, £1 for Concessions and Juniors are free.

Woolston have won 6 out of their last 7 league games whilst Crosfields have been victorious in 3 of the last 4 games that they have played.

I'm not very familiar with the east side of the town, is there a bus that runs somewhere nearby?

I think so mate; get off on Holes Lane near the Co-op and just walk down Hillock Lane. I will try and find out what number bus it is!

the bus is the number 3, £1.80 from town,ask for the dog and partridge stop,walk to the lights,turn left past the co op,right at the mini roundabout into hillock lane and the entrance to the club is on your left before the road bends to the right.

another derby at Woolston tomorrow when Rovers 'A' team entertain Culcheth Eagles, kick off 2.30pm

Woolston won 22-12 in a very hard fought encounter. We led 16-0 at half time but credit Crosfields for having a real dig especially in the second half but the extra composure, skill and experience that Rovers had saw them get a richly deserved victory.
