| Candidates so far
James Graham.
Ryan Mcgoldrick.
Brett Finch.
Any other nominees?
my tip is Brett Finch he was so wound up yesterday and had it been any other player, I fancy he would have got involved in some handbags, but the look when he realises its Morley , was classic "Help me Ref I've got really ar$ey in front of Adrian Morley by mistake".

| Graham? When has he ever had a run in with Morley?
I guess LMS might win it in the playoffs Surely he's due a whack from Mozza for what he did?

| Not so much as squared-up to, more like shat his trollies, because he saw Morley merely coming towards him, ensuing that he threw the ball away, resuliting in a try, the award MUST go to Wigan's beast...... Harrison Hansen.
Those stubborn stains in his shorts are going to be a bugger to shift, for the Wigan kit woman!
They're going to have to go in a boil wash....twice

Really looking forward to Morley squaring up to the over-rated cockney runt. I've got a feeling he might take out a leaf out of Grahams book and go missing on that day.

| The noise when Finch ran in to Morley and Moz didn't budge an inch, it was like running in to a brick wall.

| I still laugh about the Ryan McGoldrick one at home this season. To be fair he didn't complain to the ref. He just didn't know where he was.

Morley should have been sin binned so don't think it was exactly stupid of Finch to run into him again.

| I think most people would be wary of Morley, most people would get crunched, my favourite player to never play for Wigan. Hard hard player but never needed to throw punches, just his presence is enough.

At the Stobart this season, early on in the game when Graham tackled but Morley elbowed him, rather than do anything, Graham just turned to the ref with his bottom lip hanging out.

Totally agree. Pongia was similarly appreciated by his peers.

You have soooo much to say. Your posts are everywhere. You post almost more on the Wigan boards than your own.
As an obvious rugby league enthusiast and sage, and away from all things yesterday, can i ask why you think a person like Morley is an 'inspiration' (as posted elsewhere on this board)?
Here is a person once dismissed after less than 20 seconds of an International game. There is a litany of other misdemeanours throughout his career. This says to me
- No brain
- Couldn't care less about the team (80 mins with 12 men)
- Thug
That isn't the CV of an 'inspiration'.
May I suggest Carvell was an inspiration yesterday?

Might I suggest you check his desciplinary record while he has played for us.
Not saying he's an angel, certainly hasn't been in the past, but during his time at Wire he's been the model pro and captain.
The entire club was no doubt lifted when he was named on the team sheet.

He is basing his entire character on one mistimed tackle it seems...... It is obvious to anyone with a brain that he is a huge inspiration to his team mates.

| Follow the leader, Morley is our leader.
I dare anyone underestimate the value that Morley brings to our side. You could sense the lift in not only the players but the crowd as well, everyone questioned would he play, was it just mind games naming him the squad. But once he walked out on the field the whole stadium erupted, you knew then how important he is to our team. He didn't look out of place for a moment, I doubt we would of won if he wasn't out there when you consider our bench. Most players probably wouldn't of played due the significance of the operation today, lets hope all is well and he is able to lead us into the play-offs.

When I watched it back on Sky, the noise that erupts when he takes his first carry (from the drop out) was immense! Loved that.
