Seems to me its getting like schooldays stuff, snitching on people, because you simply hold a bit of a grudge....Personally, I find it a bit distasteful and I think a simple spur-of-the-moment fracas like Westwood's and Tomkins' should just be simply left alone.

Benny for us is the only one I can think of, maybe Higham for undue pressure on the shoulder in a tackle with O'Loughlin. For Wigan, Lima for punching Woody. Coley for punching Bridge during the second half, clear as day at the bottom of the screen. Sammy boy for headbutting Benny and trapping Grix's arm late on.

The disciplinary will never do anything about this - it's an on-field penalty matter and nothing more, if it starts to become too frequent and blatant then I think the most that will happen is Cummings will have a word with the officials and ask them to pay particular attention to certain players who are known for it ... but even that is unlikely.

When is it actually posted about anyone being cited over the weekends games?

Uncle Albert saw the offence and a penalty was given, he didn't put it on report so because of that is it not deemed dealt with ?

Similar to in football, if the ref sees it and deals with it, it is deemed dealt with end of ?

I saw that when watching the sky+ recording. It was at the second ball stealing incident, not the one on Hoffman.

thing is though it litterally started off as him wrapping the ball up, then it came out and whoever it was he was tackling, his arm went straight which mick kept hold of.

Personally, i wouldnt classify it as a joint/chicken wing offence, but it wouldn't surprise me if it gets picked up and he gets a warning for it.

It was more the positioning of Highams hands that makes it look bad. One behind the shoulder and the other pulling on the arm backwards.

look at the mechanics of it though, ball carrier has ball held and tight against chest, higham front on has arms wrapped around it, ball comes out, ball carriers arm no longer held up andnow straightened,

highams daft for keeping hold and putting himself in that position, like i say, may have got himself a bollocking, or looking at it another way, he's kept hold of the arm to try and con the ref he's not pulled the ball out.

I'm sure the disciplinary will look at it and may come yo with a decision as you say. However on first viewing it did look bad. I can't take another look as I deleted it after watching the game once.

All these supposed foul tactics from Friday night are a joke....It was a proper Rugby match and picking out occasional, unintentional supposed foul play will make our sport a laughing stock.

Last night Ganson actually asked a player if he wanted to make a complaint. he player said 'no' and the game continued, no action.

I think he'll pick up a ban. As far as chicken wings go, it was bad.

Sorry to drift off topic but when i seen Gansons name it reminded me of last nights game and the floodlight failure and ganson came out with right lads try and not play down that end of the field!!!!!Comedy gold.
